What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom-tailored garments and innerwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization.
Do you offer custom tailoring services online?
While our full bespoke experience is available in-store, we offer basic alterations for online purchases. You can specify your requirements in the order notes or contact our support team.
